1. As a customer, you can buy a ticket online and pay using real-time online payments (VISA, Mastercard),
2. Or use offline payments (Pay2Cell, Bank transfer, eWallet, Orange money, MyZaka, Smega etc).
3. You will immediately receive a reference number with instructions as to how to complete your payment
4. Upon confirmation of payment receipt, a ticket with a QR code is sent via email, SMS and/or Whatsapp.

1. The QR code(s) should be brought to the event for quick scanning.
2. If you have added products with the entrance ticket, you will receive numerous QR codes.
3. You can print the QR codes (from a standard printer) and bring them along with you
4. Or you can show your QR code(s) directly from your phone.

The QR code should be presented to a marshal with a scanning device, and if it has not been used, you will be given the service.

If you are an event promoter or corporate and require a platform which can manage your check-ins for entrance tickets and/or add-on products, you may want to use this platform.
